本人于今年八月十号和中介签订合同租住趴赛，sea TOWER A 1017房间，租房子之前谈的换新的冰箱，床，洗衣机等口头协议，不但拖了一个多月，而且一个月之后出现一个房东说房子并没有租给我们，锁都换了，求助，如何把这个钱要回来！有中介的联系方式，但是不接电话，在FB上诉说经历之后，中介的FB也关闭了，有名字，住址，和中介的照片！！已经报警，但是每一次去警察局都要给小费1000P，心累了，想要寻求专业的团队帮忙打官司
